Investment Visa (known as Investment as Entrepreneurs Visa), this visa is for individuals who wish to enter Hong Kong to establish or join in the HKSAR.

Any individual that wish to apply for this visa would be judged based on the following:

  1. The applicant does not have any criminal record nor is there any security objection
  2. The applicant has a education (usually a degree), technical qualification (considered in special circumstance) and proven entrepreneurial skills and relevant experiences.
  3. The applicant is in a financial position to make contribution to the economy of the HKSAR.
The visa granted initially for 2 years and is renewed in a pattern of 2-3-3 if conditions are met.
